Why can't I register on your website successfully?
  The reasons vary. Here lists the mostly common two. One is please ensure the letters of your registered name are English letters, the other is that the post codes you entered should match the city you entered. How long can I get the item after I pay?
  Usually it takes some 5-10 minutes till the order is finished after the order comes to our database. And it takes around 5-10 minutes for the order comes to our database. So, in total it generally takes 10-20 minutes after you pay can you get the item.

It’s been hours since I ordered. When will I get the code?
  First, we apologize for this.
For our security and for the security of the customers, some orders are checked more thoroughly before we send the image file to prevent any cases of fraud. If you didn't receive any confirmation email or call for hours after you ordered, and you didn't receive the code attached email too. Please contact our live help or email to support@allcdkey.com.
 
What are the possible reasons for the delay?
  There are three steps for you to fix this.

First, try again. Maybe you mistyped a letter or number the first time. You can try again more carefully.

Second, check your computer system. If the first step is useless, you have to check your computer now. Maybe the system doesn't match the game requirements. As usually some games need Window XP to start and some may need Window Vista.

Third, contact the official site or us. If the above methods aren't helpful, then you'd better contact the game official site or us as soon as possible. We will be glad to help you to fix this kind of problem.
 
How should I do if I lost the email with my codes?
